    Default Greetings from Boston

    Hello All,
New to the forum and glad to have found it. On Monday I will begin a local real estate course that runs for a month then I'll be taking my license test.

I am going to try and start out part time since I have a pretty good day job with excellent benefits but its not where my heart is any longer. I have always had a lot of interest in real estate. I'm finally going to try something I have a genuine interest in.

Everyone keeps saying "its a terrible market"..."economy is bad" I suppose I'm the optomist.. I see potential out there.

    Any tips/tricks advice welcomed
