Hello, I am a Land Surveyor that works a lot in the Port St. Lucie, Florida area. (kind of ground zero for the RE bubble burst)

I have noticed in the last 4 weeks a sharp decline in the amount of homes being purchased in the area. Which is a really bad sign. I also notice that for every house I survey that is sold, that 3-4 more are almost ready to hit the market. (abandoned)

I have gone from a 15 person company to a 2 man outfit and I am putting my 2nd guy on partial unemployment as of today, which saddens me greatly.

I want to put together a flyer to attract the business of local RE agents and what your input as to what is important to you.I really want to attract the loyalty of RE agents.

I have a few, that love me, trust me and use me exclusively. I also work for many Title Companies and Banks that will only use me despite the efforts of my competitors to draw them away.

My question to you is, "What would make you commit to a specific Land Surveyor and be loyal to them and use them exclusively?"

This answer will help me develop a marketing brochure to help entice in new clients.

This is my 1st post on here I will scan this forum, and maybe start a thread, "as the surveyor" as a return service to you in an effort to help you out.
