Hello,
My name is Kelton. I am currently taking my first couple of classes to get my RE license in WA. I also plan to invest in residential rehabs. I am soliciting any and all words of wisdom that any of you might have. Hopefully I can learn from your experiences and minimize the growing pains of my career. How difficult is to sell a house in Georgia, it is not in the city but little bit rural area?

May you have great success with the RE examine. I too have taken the RE investment plug..hope to be talking with you as well.
