Post Hello from California need some help

Hello everyone, Im in the Bakersfield, Ca area. I am a REALTOR looking to move out of here to possibly Wyoming? still looking around for an area. If anyone is familiar with Wy, could we talk? I need to know if U can transfer my RE license there, or do I have to start over with testing etc..

Also, what areas are bad or good. Id be looking for area not so much in town, want an outside area, close to mtns, lake or stream, in 40,000- 60,000 range, 2-3 beds w/ basement.

I have to sell my place here 1st. so no hurry, just keep eyes out for someone wanting to sell maybe work with them.

    any ideas or help appreciated.

    Deb

    Default Hi Deb

Sorry to see you leave California. However I completely understand. Oregon is nice. Wish I knew more about the area to help you with your transition. MY understanding is that you would have to take another real estate licensing exam to get that states license. Probably something you can go to the Cali DRE To find out about transferring licenses.

    Good Luck
