I agree one thing you learn after being in the market for some time is that no matter what there will always be people buying, selling and investing in the market!

    Default Hi Joel

How is the investing over in SF? I was looking at getting a 2 unit foreclosure at one point. Didn't land it but am still looking. I am a mortgage broker in LA. I love SF real estate. I have done many loans over there and so I visit all the time. what kind of work do you do there?
