Aloha from Maui
Aloha to all forum members,
I am a real estate professional practicing in the beautiful island of Maui. I am new to the industry, but have years of customer-relations experience which will be beneficial to my RE career. I look forward to learning as much as I can from my fellow professionals.
Mahalo.

Aloha
Hey,
thank you very much. I never lock the door anyways, and maybe I'll even start leaving a key under the mat.
I've only worked with 2 people from Hawaii, and I forgot now what island it was. These guys purchased redeemable deeds through the county on properties that were delinquent on their taxes. I have my list at office...pretty sure tax deeds in HI pay an annual flat rate of 12% if redeemed with 1 year, and if not you can foreclose on the property and get deed absolute.
If you want to see if there are any sales or properties that may become available soon, just call the official in your county who is in charge of collecting property taxes. just ask these questions.....
