We have a hand selected property portfolio ranging from 45.000Euro up to 20.000.000Euro including both residential and commercial developments.

The rental income for most of our portfolio are starting from 10% up to 17% per annum. all are realistic returns and proven.

We are currently working with international companies abroad and would like to cooperate with more companies by sharing the acquired commission rate. By the way, I am not talking about 2,3 % , its quite satisfying for each development we have between 10% and 20 % in total.
