hello from Belgium!
Hi everyone,
I have just secured a loan and I' m looking to invest in your country. Looking at residential RE, planning to rent it after having bought it. Prices are insane when looking at them from Europe, sometimes seems to good to be true.
So there you go, this is why I join. I need to educate myself as I don' t know your market at all.
If anyone knows of people/agencies with experience in helping foreigners invest in your country, don' t hesitate to tell me.
Thanks!!!
Tonci from Brussels Belgium

Hehe...I'm Belgian myself...
Yes, there are good deals to be made, believe me...
If you need tips about where to buy, PMme.
I came in the US by accident in 1994 when I bought appartment buildings in Miami Beach for 25% of Belgian real estate value at that time. It's now the same thing.Last edited by Codythebest; 12-22-2009 at 07:26 AM.
