Hello everyone I am new to this forum but a little bit about me. I have been in real estate for several years. Financing for many years in both commercial and residential. I have also been on the realty side of things as well. I have a slew of properties in southern California and northern Cali. I have also been doing mentoring for Real estate businesses to improve their productivity and success.

I have had some great success with short sales and foreclosures as well. I wanted to share a key list that will help you get foreclosure listings. I had to pay some good money for this but wanted to give it to the members of this forum for free. So I created a site that will have it available to you.

Which i will tell you about later.

Yeah i hope i can keep the steam going. question for you. I created my signature but cant see it on my posts. you wouldn't happen to know how to fix that problem would you?

Well that's an EASY question - your signature will ONLY appear on the first posting in the thread - so after the first posting, it won't appear again in the thread.

If it doesn't appear at all (even in the first posting) then you might need to post a few anonymously - maybe there is a minimum number of postings before you have the "right" to have your signature posted - I know there is such a rule for being able to post with URLs. So contribute a few postings, and I am sure you will start to see what you need.
