    I hope its not as cold were you are today! brrrrrr. Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a new agent in Newfoundland Canada. I'm trying to use new technologies to build my real estate business. So far so good!

    Thanks for the welcome! As for the technologies I am using, I currently capture leads from my ppc website (which is basically just a wufoo form), I then feed the leads into two different systems. The first being our boards listing drip service and the second being top producer. I wish there was a way to combine those both into the one step but were I live there is no IDX solution being adopted by our board. I am fairly new so I am currently testing this method and refining. Would love to hear other peoples means of creating and following up with leads. I haven't poked around on the forum much, must go do that now!

    Default Need help

    I think the title says it all.... I think all of us on one end or the other need help. Whether it is getting leads, finding properties, getting money or just networking. What I have seen is too many many people trying to get only what they need rather than group up and understand what each other are good at. I know people who are good at pulling together money but are cautious with what they will buy. Others who don't know how to look over properties and when they try, another person wants to charge them an arm and a leg. We have all seen this and even participate in it.
    What I would like to do is put together a group that works on their special area. My company manages, sales, rehabs and evaluates properties. What my company lacks is a vehicle to promote our properties. We don't just find properties to sale like flip deals... we have managed them and put a lot of care in them. What we are working on now is small level syndications for everyone. We need help with getting the word out. We have a ton of properties and want to work out a system to move properties in and out of portfolios fast to relieve the investor. This will allow the investor to move onto new deals without having to wait till his current property is sold. So this syndication would buy up each property and hold them until the market relieves them. This would get the money out of the bank and getting that 5 to 6% in the investors pocket that would have gone to the mortgage. If anyone would like to talk about this then give me a buzz or message me...

    Newfoundland - Yeah, it is not as cold down here in Wisconsin, USA as it is up there!! And I think it is beyond cold down here... Yikes, one more reason keeping me from moving more north - no offense to you, or Canada.
