Thumbs up New Real Estate Website - Looking for Feedback

Hello I am in the process of designing/building and releasing a new real estate website and am looking for some people in the industry to give me some feedback. The main front end is mostly complete. AKA you can get to the site and search for homes. I am just finishing up the back end which will enable realtors to signup for a sub-domain on the site and get their own cobranded search where their info is the header on each page. In addition realtors will be able to use the site to submit their listings to places like google and other open directories. Please check it out and let me know your thoughts and or comments. Go to FREEMLS.US

    Thanks,

The first thing I noticed when going to your site was an ad for one of your direct competitors websites, which means many people may leave your site!

You have clean non-cluttered look, and seem to have nice content to keep people interested. The page loaded quickly which is my biggest pet peeve about a website.

But the competitor's ad might lead people away from your site.

Yes I debated about the ads. I think I will run for a while with the ads, then if I can actually generate some of my owne $$ from realtor membership I will remove them.. I do not like them there myself, but $$ talks.

    Hello FreeMLS,

Removing those ads may seemingly improve your conversion rate, however, I suggest you have a live person or a live chat operator who is on stand-by on your website 24/7 to capture your visitor for a sure sale!
