*The new guy...
I'm a 23 year old guy wondering if real estate is the right career path for me. I have NO idea what I want to do with my life, but I know that I love houses, money, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to be successful. The problem is, I don't know where to begin! I know that I need to get my real estate license, and I'm not worried about THAT portion of getting my foot in the door. I'm worried about what step to take once I get the license... Join a firm, etc...
*ALL advice would be greatly appreciated. What's the best way to learn the business and start getting my hands dirty?

Welcome to the Real Estate Forum, New Guy!
One of the nice things about this forum is that it's well-represented by a variety of different types of real estate professionals.
As someone who's worked as an inspector, a mortgage account executive, a real estate investor/flipper, and a landlord, I've been on a lot of sides, and I would encourage you to steer clear of becoming a realtor and make your own fate as an investor. It's a lot more fun, has a lot more upside, and instead of dealing with Joe Homeowner you deal with fellow professionals.
Best of luck,

Well come to forum & secondly i would like to suggest first you have to make detail research on property & real estate business and if possible make a detail plans who you have to achieve your desire goals.
Also, in my point of view see what are the latest trends in property market and where is the right point to enter in this business. Make a detail research on property portals and then focus on some specific thing. Good luck with that.
