I signed up on this forum hopefully to get help in selling my land or maybe get suggestions in getting it sold. I have 168 prime acres to sell in Richmond, KY. For over 2 years I have asked too much for this land. This was only so those who were interested would "chew" the price to where I would actually want to be. Well that didn't work and now I am asking a reasonable price for what land has been selling in my area for that size. I haven't had any luck and I need suggestions.
