Hi - my name is Dave and I'm new to this forum but not completely new to the real estate business. I have been in web development and search engine optimization for about 10 years mostly specializing in real estate sites (primarily in Costa Rica).

I've spent a lot of time in tech related forums but this is my first time in a real estate forum. I'm really here to learn and meet people in the real estate business. I hope to learn a lot from all of you and maybe I can pass on a few SEO tips as well.
