Hey guys/gals.
I'm a 20yr old student studying Entertainment Business set to graduate in 2011. I'm always looking into investments in every venue. I love all of the finer things in life, though I don't have any of them! haha.

I ran my first charity function last spring for CSDW, I love cooking, and actually had a successful selling of a mediterranean style cookbook. I live in Florida, and love the lifestyle minus the humidity so I'd like to try the pacific coast.

I hope to take advantage of the current real estate market if possible, and make something fun out of it! I'm glad to be here, I hope I can learn a lot, and maybe teach something too!
