Las Vegas Short Sales
New to the forum. Wanted to invite people to my website to get some dialog going on the future of real estate over the next few years. Yes unfortuantly for some it is short sales. Like it or not we are going to have to deal with these or we all will starve. The more educated we all are in this complex transaction, the better we will be able to serve our clients. Hi, we're from Phoenix, AZ. My colleague is an expert in short sales, auctions, foreclosures, etc. Might be good to talk since Vegas and Phoenix are similar markets.
