I also am proposing some sites for a few other realtors. Nothing fancy just something for a presence on the web that will get good results in the search engines. So mainly sticking to simple text based pages that load quickly and are easy to navigate. I do plan on expanding to having searchable listings etc..

I am an old fianancial mainframe programmer that has just done web sites as a hobby UNTIL now.
