    Not a bad goal... though a bit vague. Best that you focus on something more specific, unless you are concentrating on rehabbing rentals (you plan to become a Landlord.) If you are thinking about rehabbing and flipping as well as holding properties, then those are two approaches which makes starting out a little more difficult, but not impossible.

    So let us know your vision, and hopefully we can get you on the right path!
