Hi we are Johnny & Pam truesdell from Keystone Heights Florida. We found this fourm today & are in hopes we can use it to get our home sold.So here is why were selling. We don't want to sell but NEED to. We were trying to sell it ourself but have NO idea what we are doing. We were thinking if we did find a buyer to get them to agree to go through the company BuyOwner.com or my cousin is a real estate attorney go through him With me disabled & him not working a bridge job since 2008 he has been doing home repairs & we have been selling everything we own just to pay bills we just can't afford to pay anything for advertising & can't afford to pay $11-15,000 to a realtor ontop of the fact that we owe the bank like $19,000. Then there is also why we HAVE to sell. I am an only child and in 2005 my mom had a brain tumor removed & her memory along with her dieabeties & age etc is getting really bad. My dad has always let her be over the bills & insurance payments etc heck I doubt he has ever seen a bill lol. She always hid the bills so dad wouldnt fuss about how much they were and so he hasnt a clue of whats owed to who etc and I really need to be there to help them & they live about 30 miles from me. They own their home & I wouldnt think of uprooting them to move in with me. My mom has been in that house since she was 2 years old!! Anyways we really do need to sell & move closer to them as well as his mom is living alone not far from my parents. We have been here 17 years & raised our kids out here it's time for a change. My husband & son built our home in 2003. it is a 1344 sq ft 3/1 cypress board on board home with galvalume tin roof on 6.26 acers. The home I guess is a handyman special because we ran out of money & could never finish some of the interior. Such as it needs carpet,tile etc. Needs kitchen cabinets baseboard trim a lil painting. The living room celing is completly done in cypress knotty toung & groove and the walls are done in cypress knotty/pecky toung & groove but needs some finishing on this. Basicly thats all that needs done. It is liveable & will be a really nice home once finished. You can pick what you like to put in for flooring & cabinets. The land is 3/4 cleared & front 2 acers fenced. It has a 5 horsepowered submerged pump with 4 inch pipe. Large enough to irrigate entire property. This is also a cornor property no neighbors on either side. This is a country home great for horses or farming. Peace & quiet. The neighbors are EXCELLENT! All older longtime home owners well spaced apart. 3 in sight maybe 4-5 around the cornor. We were told we will have to find a cash buyer. Someone who has the cash because the bank wont lend on a home that isnt complete that even if a window screen is missing they wont lend till ya fix it. so were really hurting to find a buyer. We do't know how real estate sales works but if say your a realtor and im not contracted to you but you do find someone who would maybe buy the house if you dont charge bookoos of money we just cant afford to let go out of the sale & youd be happy pocketing a nice lil chunk on the side then maybe we could work a deal. We are hurting so bad wanting to sell we are open to hearing any offers as long as it isnt owner financing or rent to own. The homes heat & air was bought brand new in April 2007 but with us traveling we never installed it until May 2009 so it's like new. We would like to target maybe people who live up north where it is freezing & you cant get to work & you get caught in blizzards no heat no electric from ice etc maybe they would want to move to sunny Florida not have neighbors right up on you. Even for a summer home 2nd home winter home etc. Dont know of any free online websites where you can post your florida home for sale to people who live in North Dakota etc. Well sorry if this bored ya to death lol but this is us & our situation & why we are here.
