Hello everyone, looking forward to chatting and learning how to promote my staging business.
Are there any other stagers out there that would like to say hi?

Hello,
I have been decorating houses for myself, family and friends for years, as I have a real talent and love for it. I decided to make a business of this as a stager and home decorator. My training has been self taught including, coming from a family of well known professional artists. I just submitted my site to google, and of course that will take a while coming up on that search. It does come up on the address bar of the browser. I am trying to figure out how to word that on my business cards so customers can actually see it. Can anyone give me advice on that?
Thanks for asking!
Jennifer K.

Well Jennifer,
Not that I am a full-time stager, but I have done my share in the years I have been renting and RTOing my houses!
Hope you learn a lot in here, hope you find what you seek.

Hi there,
What one thing have you learned about staging that you would pass along?
Thanks for the welcome.

Simply put, KITCHENS and BATHS... Make them look SPECTACULAR and the prospect will be willing to overlook many of the other flaws. Not that they will look over MAJOR flaws, but many of the other cosmetics are invisiable, as long as the kitchen and baths look AWESOME.
Heck, prospects might even look over things that would be significant flaws, if the kitchen and baths are properly staged.
My opinion, my observation, take it how you will.
