We are in upstate New York. We are loan officers.
When people can't get mortgages we put them into houses that aren't selling under a Lease With Option contract. It is hard to put these togeth-er but better than the alternative-NO DEAL. AND the Realtor gets TWO commissions-their regular commission when the house sells and another from us when we lease it. I hope to hear from some of you that may be interested.
