Default Just started looking into it.

Hello everyone. I am new to the "idea" even. Meaning, I have had to take a dead end, low paying job and I need a career change. About the closest I have come to Real Estate is probably Auto sales and I performed well in that field. I am good with people (I am a musician/songwriter), and I tend to "go at something" when I do. But, I am very new at this. Feels awkward but, what doesn't at this stage. I need advice on about everything, from getting started, how much it is going to cost, what is the best method of getting started etc. Looking forward to hearing from someone....anyone that can help. I am stuck in Indiana in these wonderful economic times. Speak to you soon. Later, T. Challenger.
