Hi everyone,

My name is Eric and I am from California. Although my background is in Computer Science I have always been fascinated by Real Estate. As many of my friends became agents I began to see the techniques many agents use to find new leads. Those included flyers, mailers, etc...

I couldn't help but notice how many leads they were leaving on the table by not utilizing the Internet to it's full potential. So I started coaching/helping my agent friends leverage the net to get them more leads, build relationships and most importantly create sales.

I joined this forum, because it looks like there is a lot of great information here and I love to stay up to date on what others are doing. I hope to share some techniques that work for me and hopefully learn some new techniques that are working for you.
