I am a total real estate newbie.

I am a fulltime ecommerce manager for a multi-million dollar company and also run web design, development and a search engine optimization company.

I know real estate is a great way to invest but tricky...

My real goal in signing up here is to find out this...

I am a marketer by blood... I know how to market online...

I see houses selling that I think I can sell for more than being asked and I want to find out how to get an agreement with the owner to attempt to sell their house at their price, but anything extra I get.

any help would be great...

I am sure there is a technical term or methology for doing this, but I don't know what it is.
