Hello everyone, my name is Kenny Green and I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1991. I am a Florida licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. When first starting out in the business, I did appraisals in the Miami/Broward/Palm Beach area as well as work as a Realtor Agent for a local brokerage. I then started working as a Due Diligence contractor on RTC and FDIC assignments across the country. I have local expertise in the South Florida market and national expertise in the Auction and Accelerated Marketing methods. I have been online since 1994 marketing Real Estate. Back then the internet was mostly text based and you had to access the net thru bulletin board systems. I guess that puts me up there with Al Gore as an 'Inventor of the Internet' LOL.
