Hi,
I am an Australian based property consultant, and have recently received communications from Andres Garcia and a colleague at CitySide International Corporation who claim to have a 'hard money' program attached to a hedge fund who are willing to finance projects.

I am seeking any person or organisation who has experience, knowledge or information on Andres Garcia, Terrell Bilbo and/or CitySide International Corporation.

Please feel free to PM me here to discuss as it's obviously personal information I'm seeking. This is part of a due dilligence process before determining to form an alliance or seek funding from them. I need to establish their bona fides.
