I'm new to this forum, I actually found it by accident during an online experiment of my own that I was writing an article for another forum.

I'm not new to Real Estate Investing, I currently only focus on two strategies which are short sales and Sub2's. I was making an attempt to break away and move into probates but I keep getting pulled back.

I look forward to providing useful content and feedback from other members.

Well, SS and Subj2 are good techniques, during these days of chaos. I heard that PHX is dropping pretty fast; the house values are so low, that my dad is making offers there (he lives there) to make some SFRs into rentals. He said that RE looks better than the stocks, and who knows what the US Dollar is going to due, with Mr. Obama trying his very best to devalue it as fast as he can.

Anyway, welcome, and ask questions, there is a lot of experience and knowledge here!
