I'm particularly interested in keeping my finger on the pulse of the investment market in the multi-housing segment. Most of my activity is concentrated rehab projects in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and in Houston, with some activity at large scale projects in other parts of the country. Whirlpool and Frigidaire/Electrolux are my primary supplier partners.

I think you'll find that I'm responsive and manage my customer (partner) relationships very well and with an eye on maximizing your investment, whether on your behalf or on behalf of your asset holder.
