Hello! My name is Michelle London from East Chicago Indiana. Iam a newbie in the cash flow business. I have always wanted to get started in the real estate business and a few started working with cash flow notes and I started in January of this year. I have one deal complete and know that this is what I want to do with the rest of my life! I hope to learn alot from everyone on the board and hope to get to talk to many of you!

What I am is a note finder. A note is a written promise to pay or know as a promissory note. I find the note holder get the information on the home and with the help of my partner, present the information to investors and within three weeks the note holder will have cash. Hope that helps!
