New member from Florida
Hey everyone,
My name is Kris. I am a 20 year old junior majoring in Building Construction Management at the University of Florida. I am from Jacksonville and will return there after school. I am not licensed, yet. I am just about finished taking the FREC I course.
I am not persuing my real estate license to become an agent. Considering I pass the state exam, I will keep my license on voluntary inactive status. I figured that having professional knowledge of such an important investment vehicle couldnt hurt. Also, im sure it will be beneficial to me in my future line of work.
Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone here. I feel as though I will probably gain more practical knowledge through this forum than I could through any text book.
Take care,
Kris

Heyas Kris,
Welcome to the forum, and as you said, you probably will gain much more in the forum full of real-life experience, than in a textbook filled with theories.
Browse around, ask questions...

Welcome to the forum.
Let us know when you passed.
Dont give up on that state axam it just a test and you can take as much as you want for up to like 2 years.
If you pass on the first try it was a mistake hahahaha
I will never tell how many time it took me because it does not matter. lol
Good Luck
