    Default Greetings From N. SF Bay Area

    Hope all of you are doing well in re investing.

    I'm just getting into this, using creative financing.
    Currently focusing on SFR, multi-family, and small commercial.

    North Bay has challenges, but I see opportunities there.

    Would welcome contacts with other investors to share deals (sell and buy), network, etc.
