The real estate markets are awesome for buyers who have access to the funding, and real estate is (in my opinion) the best way to secure your financial situation. Again, MY OPINION, with the government throwing HUGE $$ around, like it was only worthless paper, will in fact cause it to turn into worthless paper (hyper-inflation) and those holding huge stockpiles of cash will be broke. Real estate will always have a value, even if it is just for the land.

Now is the time to hold RE!
