    Default Short sales & Loan Modifications

    Greetings! I provide short sale and loan modification training, mediation, coaching, and instruction. I authored the book, Short Sales & Loan Modifications: A Practical Guide For Real Estate Agents and Investors. I have been an attorney for 20 years and began my career representing creditors' rights and creditors' rights in bankruptcy. Later, I switched to representing homeowners and others with cases involving lending institutions. My mediation firm now provides instruction to agents and mediation services where you list, and we process the short sale or loan modification proposal.

    I do Short Sales in Las Vegas as well!!! It sounds to me like short sales will becoming a lot more common as bank begin to be more cooperative in an effort to reduce the amount of REO's. This will be good for people like us.
