hey guys, I actually just happened into the forum and find it helpful and active. That's a good thing. I run a fishing forum and use this same software (vB) and love it. I like the way the admin works as well. It has a ton of configurable options that I don't see here, from radio to arcade features.

Remember, there are EEM - Energy Efficient Mortgages available is you're re-working a home. Consider paying attention to the home's insulation levels, type windows, heating and air conditioning and duct system. The EEM can be used to purchase the energy upgrades, however, you'll want to contact a HERS Energy Rater before qualifying for that type loan.

a-712 the forum is fourmsouth dot com. I cover a lake in the Homochitto National Forest in Southwestern Mississippi. The lake is Okhissa Lake. OkhissaLake dot com. I run both sites...

For Mississippi it's a deep lake (80 feet in places). It's pretty flat in Mississippi and that's a deep one for our area. It's also a Bill Dance Signature lake, his very first signature lake. Like Jack Nicklaus, he is focusing his time and efforts on creating a brand in the lakes that are named as his Signature Lake.

How are sales of green products in your area?
