Hi Everyone,
My name is Matt and I am brand new to the forum. I am 22 years old and I have just graduated from college with a degree in Marketing and Minor in RE. I focus a lot of my time reading different RE investment books. I am looking to start some form of a career in Real Estate and hopefully be a full time investor in 10 years. I am trying to take in as much information and advice as I possibly can!

Matt,
First, WELCOME! Ask a lot of questions, and you will learn from a lot of different people, with different experiences! So don't be afraid to ask.
Second...
10 years? Okay, what are you waiting for?? If you really want to be a RE investor, TODAY is the best time to get involved!! The markets are better than ever for RE investors, I can't say that about the markets in 10 years! Sure, start small, but I am sure that you could be a full-time RE investor, with millions of investment working for him, in a lot faster than 10 years! So reach for the stars, you might find out that they are not as far as everyone tells you they are!
Later!Michael Suess
