Depends on the state. In Washington State you will need to take a 60 clock hour course and final exam. The 60 clock hours will cover the Principles of Real Estate and the State Law. We provide a Mock Exam and a comprehensive Law Pamphlet to help prepare for the state exam. Look for a school either form a real estate brokerage or education provider that has both online or workbook instruction with mentors available. You will find that 70% of what you study for will not be used in your real estate career. You will need to learn more after you are done with your 60 hours to expand your knowledge to be successful in your real estate career.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
    Good luck

    Hayas, and welcome!

I hope you ask a lot of questions, because you will get a lot of answers, some from Realtors, some from RE investors, some from ... who knows!
