Safety For Agents & Everyone
Hello,
I am fairly new to this forum. I own a security company and perform safety seminars to help communities, companies, organizations, real-estate firms, etc.... learn how to protect themselves. In addition, I carry the best made products to keep you safe all the time.
Let me remind you that your profession, as a real estate agent, requires you to meet people daily that you don't know and in a location that you are unfamiliar with and are unaccounted for hours at a time. Often you run across a dog (both 4-legged and 2-legged) and need protection that could save your life. We have things that don't require a permit or license to carry AND if you use it properly it can't be used against you if they are able to get it from you.
Please let me know if you would like for me to arrange a safety seminar with your organization or firm. Or, if you have any questions about my products. I look forward to developing strong relationships with people on this forum.
Thank You,
Mike

I want to post, to tell everyone about what happened in my area a few years ago. A pretty realtor was asked to show a home to a couple. The man show up first and proceed to look at the house. When he got to the walkin closet he forced the realtor down and I am sure you know the rest of the story.
Safety is very important. You have to becareful.

Safety Tips
Vegasloanlady,
Thank you for sharing that brief story with us. Even if just one person read your message and became a little more aware of her/his surroundings, then it would be worth your time and mine to post here. Recently, I appeared in a show in Alabama....there I was approached by several lady real estate agents who voiced their concern to me. This gave me an opportunity to explain to them how they can easily protect themselves with a device that I carry and when they use it properly there is no way for an assailant to take it from them and use it against them.
It is sad that we have to worry about leaving our home, where we drive, getting out of our vehicle, coming out of a store, and all the other "musts" in our daily lives. Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to all the problems in life. But, when it comes to security you will always have somebody to talk to ..... I am available for any questions or advice. As I mentioned I do safety seminars for all size groups so let me know if there is anything that I can do for you. I have put together a large amount of Safety Tips for everybody.....these are tips that I developed when I was a Special Agent and throughout my experiences. I always have these posted on my site for your review. Together we can make a difference!
Thank You,
Mike

Welcome to the forum, Mike. You've got a very unique and very important service there. I'm sure agents on this forum will be very receptive to safety information. I'm sure you'll learn quite a bit as well, since there are quite a few of us who know our way around web development, internet marketing and search engine optimization.
