    Welcome to the forum steve! Are you an investor or a realtor? I've seen a few stories that show signs of improvement in some areas of Arizona. What's the situation in Tempe?

    Both! Our market has picked up dramatically, and sales are comparable to 2005! For the first time, I'm thinking about getting an admin.
