I work with Maronda Homes for the last 7 year, and thank GOD I am still doing well and selling tons of homes. It is harder now but that does make it fun.

yes, you are one of the lucky ones. I have heard and seen many agents without much business now. Make sure to save your money and spend it wisely.

I have found great ways to Barter Advertising and spend very little money, and get tons of marking out there. Thanks for the advise, but I needed that advise last year. LOL Live and Learn

God is good, I would have not been able to do it with out him!

I got mixed up with the whole buying and selling, and I did great for a while. I ended up loosing everything, but what great experiance I got out of it..
I just love working hard for my buyers, that is what makes it fun.
2004,5,6 was just too easy and I was not able to show off my talant, anyone could do this job.
