My name is Rick Wilkerson. I'm not a realtor; rather, I'm a marketing consultant.

Why I'm here: one of my clients owns a small real estate development on a quiet lake in Northern Indiana. He's retained us to help drive traffic to the realtor's door. So we have created a blog/website to assist in this. The development is called Cripplegate Crossing. Since I'm not allowed to post a URL yet, you can search into it rather easily by using the development name.

We have 12 nice wooded lots with lakefront, as well as the crown jewel, a 5300 sq, foot home with about 20 acres of land.
