Wannabe Real Estate Estate Power Investor

Hi everyone!

I'm a wannabe real estate power investor and I'm here to learn more about the current real estate market in both Canada and the US. I haven't read much on the content yet, but it looks like this forum is geared more towards how real estate agents should market themselves, so maybe it's not the best place for my learning. I'm going to take a look around though and maybe contribute a bit here and there, since I know a bit about web development, SEO and Internet Marketing.

Well JackJefferies,

I am not a RE agent, so you have atleast one RE investor... I just joined yesturday, so I haven't fully felt the "pulse" of this fourm as if it is directed to RE agents or RE in general. In any case, I am here to bounce questions from as a RE investor/trainer... But I think that you will find that there are a lot of RE investors in here as well.

So welcome, and I know you will enjoy the wide world of RE!

Welcome to you too Michael! I've learned that people here are working a number of different angles relating to real estate. I guess you and I are working a similar one. I signed up to learn and promote a new training product called Real Estate Power Investor that will be launching soon. You're in the real estate training/coaching business as well, so how has the current state of the industry affected you? I think I read somewhere earlier today that the number of real estate agents in training is up pretty substantially. Are you see increased interest in your products as well?

RE is unbelieveably AWESOME... If you can make yourself a millionairre in today's housing market, you are just not trying. There are soo many deals out there that if I had 100 years to try to work the deals that are out there TODAY, I still wouldn't have enough time!

Training is doing well as well... I am trying to get the word out, so that I can help people become millionairres during this mind-blowing time.
