Hello all,

Hard to believe I've never stumbled across this huge forum until now. My name is Kent Faver. I have my own real estate appraisal and consulting firm in eastern Texas - now affectionately known as hurricane alley.

I have been in the profession since 1986 and am an admitted forum junkie. Look forward to meeting ya'll.

I just got here too and I didn't realize how large the forum was until you mentioned it ... almost 20,000 users! Wow!
