Hi all,

My name is Richard Freedkin.

I was in the Mortgage Business for 30 years and was one of the first 10 mortgage Brokers to get licensed in Illinois back in the 80's.

I have bought and sold alot of real estate as well as rehabbed and performed short sales.

I spent a college education of dollars learning creative real estate principles and created many systems around my techniques.

For the past 3 years, I travelled around the country speaking at Real Estate Seminars and Bootcamps teaching my systems.

I also wrote a 250+ page book on how to self auction a home and drive hundreds of hungry home buyers to it. This system creates a FRENZY which changes the mentality of a buyer from that of a "lowballer", to one where buyers bid up the price of the home to close to full market value.

The system works especially well in this market where there is so much inventory, that its hard to get alot of traffic to one single home. The key to all this is the masive marketing that needs to be done which isnt cheap, but with the correct sponsorship strategy, can be totally paid for by others.

I have helped students all over the country utilize this system and become very successfull getting their homes sold quickly and for top dollar.
