Looking For Projects

Greetings:

I am a real estate consultant looking for projects, buildable land, and property with fully depreciated improvements for reconstruction. Areas that we will consider are those with a strong underlying real property market. My clients wish to build attached housing and single family homes.

I can buy anywhere but I wish to begin on the east coast U.S.

900 acre parcel can be subdivided
400 acre parcel can be subdivided
300 acre parcel can be subdivded (large portion road frontage, possible commercial)
all in Liberty County GA.

$12,500 per acre for a quick sale.

8 acre zoned mobile home $25k per already lot improved.

Well after that, we have a few parcels out of the US you may be interested in. Right now on our site we have land in Mexico, Costa Rica and Cape Verde for sale.

We also have to projects/ developers in Cape Verde and Costa Rica that will partner on property they own to build a resort

I dont have any investment options in the US, but really some very profitable opportunities in UAE!!!

The Premium you could get is amazing. In some projects it (min) doubles in only one year!
