    Smile hi all

    I am new to the real estate biz and I just found this site. I think I just found a very good resource. I will be doing some flipping. I am a plumber by trade so I have some good contacts for the constuction part. What I need is a lead on a good mentor. I would appreciateany good leads that anybody would have. Thank You

    I used to flip houses in LV but now most are buying to hold long term.
