Introduction
I'm a new member and I plan on helping borrowers to obtain hard money loans in every state. Hard money loans are being funded by private investors and I do have sources of private money almost anyplace in USA I'll be also looking for new investors and real estate brokers who can fund hard money loans in their areas.

Hi- is there hard money left
It must be tough giving the economic situation to get investors to give out hard money. Let me know your thoughts. I don't do hard money, but sometimes clients ask for it.
