I just registered and heard this is a very cool forum to come and find cool people to exchange ideas and have a great time hanging out.
I love spending time online and it's even better when we find people with the same goals as me.
I'm very into the Real Estate marketing right now. I do sales and have a pretty interesting and young look website that I founded together with my boyfriend Kevin Kirkpatrick,(azooglesigns.com).He also loves spending time interacting with people in this forum.You can definitely advertise your properties using our signs. The idea of keep on working hard with my site is a promise that this country won't stay and won't go even more down than it is now.
We have to keep on working hard, making new contacts, helping people by exchanging ideas, giving good feedback about their accomplishments, their work and encourage each other in order to keep on surviving in this world.
For those who work on stuff like me, real estate will soon pick again and we should be all ready to a great phase of amazing sales again.

There must be a lot of foreclosure or REO signs going up. Maybe you should look into connecting with agents that specialized in REO sales for banks. I used to office near a guy and that's all he did was sold homes for banks. He comes in with jeans and t-shirts on, while the rest of use were in suits. lol
