    Default Introduction

    Hello Everyone

My name is Steven and I'm CEO of Renaissance America

We are in the process of launching a new social lending network that enables U.S. residents to lend money to buy foreclosed real estate. Starting with as little as $50, U.S. residents are able to join together to loan money to purchase distressed U.S. real estate - like Prosper for real estate. We remediate, renovate, and then resell the properties at market value, with net proceeds of the sale being returned to lenders. We are ready to begin accepting loans as soon as our SEC registration is complete.

We use a one-realtor/one-city model in which a single realtor is used for all purchases and sales in a given city, and are looking for realtors to complete our member registrations - there are only 6000 in total.

I'm hoping that forum members may be able to give some helpful advice on how we can complete the memberships, and offer some suggestions as to how to best get the word out to the general public when our SEC registration is complete.

    Look forward to your ideas

    Thx

    Steven

    Hi Robert

Thanks for your offer. Vegas is in our list of cities that we service and does not have a realtor member yet, and we'd very much be interested in working with you.

Our social lending strategy is different than what you may expect from a realtor perspective. We have a one-city/one-realtor model. This means that when we have a realtor member assigned to a city, such as Vegas for example, that realtor is used exclusively by Renaissance for that city. All RE transactions in Vegas are guaranteed to that realtor. In return for the exclusivity, our Realtor Members pay a membership fee, that is determined through auctions where the city is put up for auction and the highest bidder wins. Like EBay, city auctions that have no bids against them can be purchased immediately for $250.

Memberships are valid for one year, or until at least one property has been sold in that city. RE commission is 6% on every sale - and you are guaranteed to be the member realtor in that city until at least one property has been sold - so you are pretty much guaranteed to get the amount of your membership back in commission.

That's great that your wife is an LO, because it can assist in finding buyers for the remediated/renovated properties quickly, which would earn you commissions quickly, improve our lenders roi, as the quicker a property resells, the more return the lender gets.

If you have an interest in acquiring the membership for Vegas, let me , know and I will get you directed to our web site. Currently there are no bids for Vegas, so it can be obtained for $250, which would be an awesome deal. We've only started releasing our cities on March 1. We are releasing 6000 in total, and have 5796 available as of today. In fact we have no realtors in Nevada at all at the moment - probably because the word has yet to spread as to date we've focused primarily on the New York state area. If you know any other REAs that may be interested, please let them know.

    Thanks

P.S. To all who are interested - someone might want to grab Phoenix

I'd love to post a link to the site, but apparently I'm a few posts short of a URL. Looks like I need 15 posts before I can post the URL.

If you are able to bear with me, I'll get you the URL.

    Thx
