For start I would advise you to buy some domain name, and hosting, because those could improve your search engine ranking significantly.

And considering the matter of the web site, I wouldn't start, a discussion, because everybody has it's own opinion, and if the narrator/writer is able to persuade someone, then: Bravo! But in general I agree with LVrealestateHELP, people should buy what they could afford, some peasant tricks how to postpone foreclosure, wont help, and only will prolong the agony.

I always say . Get a fixed 30 year mortgage, buy down the rate if you're planning to remain in the house for a while, keep your expenses low, and you will prosper.

Get a option arm, or a short term ARM, buy a lot of fancy stuff for your new house on credit and you will suffer.
