How are you guys doing? Let me say Hello from this big remote island. For those of you who have not visited Zealand, its a must visit.

So what do I do? I am a mentor - my expertise is in NLP and meditation and I actively work towards helping others to achieving goals. My first book "7 Steps to Achieving Your Dreams" is on Press. The book discusses areas someone needs to know before they even start the wealth creation journey. However, here I am going to speak about me and real estate only.

My another passion is real estate. Real estate here is quite exciting. Buy and hold is at its maxmum benefit here because of absence of capital gain tax. I believe from the discussion with you, I will learn a lot about creative real estate investing. Whenver I find some areas in real estate that I know, I am always more than happy to contribute.
